About Sophie Knapp, Personal Trainer

I am Sophie Knapp, a Personal Trainer working throughout West Somerset including Minehead, Williton, Taunton, Wellington through to Yeovil and Devon - bringing health and wellbeing help to you.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and I am constantly working on learning something new to train and enhance my clients experience. I love to inspire people to achieve any level of fitness they want, and become healthier for themselves and improve their wellbeing.

I am passionate about people, and I aim to answer any questions you may have, from food and exercise, or injuries to footwear/running shoes. I have supported and organised a charity event for a lady who is running a marathon whilst battling cancer, as well as being the PT to Ash Rangers Ladies Football Club (Taunton).

In 2016 I was honoured to be nominated for 'Lifetime Learner' of the year award, coming joint second after being shortlisted in the top 160 out of 20,000 people! I have also been nominated in the West Somerset Free Press Business Awards.

Suffering with hormonal changes at a certain time in your life? As a woman it is important to take care of yourself - physically and mentally.

Throughout my career as a personal trainer I have developed skills to understand and want the best for women. That has led to specialising in women's health, especially during the menopause.

I can help you with both physical and mental wellbeing during the menopause, focusing on diet plans that take into account your hormonal and body changes.

Specialising in hormonal/menopause health and being a qualified Reiki practitioner, let me help you in all aspects of changes in your life at a certain age.
